Circular Growth
About us
The Full Story
The story of Circular Growth, started with a yearning to find a treasure: making the world a little bit better through professional life.

Our founder, Martha Palacio, is an industrial engineer, so working in the manufacturing industry was the first step in the search for this treasure. It was rewarding for her to apply all the knowledge to seek optimisation of complex processes through efficiency, reducing cost and inefficiency, and maximising throughput. But the treasure wasn't there.
Then she started seeking work in another industry and area, changing boots for heels, the closed space of a factory for the freedom of visiting different companies every week, and having conversations with operators and production leads for customer lunches, events, and conferences. She learned a lot in the commercial area, enjoying the interaction with customers, but meeting the sales target was not the treasure.
So, she tried more things: market research, helping create marketing campaigns, content, and marketing material, and understanding the customer's psychology as one step before the sale. It wasn't there either. Then she worked with internal audits, making procedures, policies, and manuals to achieve certifications, and external audits. But the initial yearning wasn't complete.

A small book provided a clue: "Lautado Si", It was about the care of the common home. With a restlessness calling for action throughout her education at the University of Tasmania, she finally found the map to find the treasure.

If we don't consider the environment in our corporate plan for doing good, we are not having a good plan. If a manufacturing company is not responsible for the waste that it produces (not only what ends up in the factory but what ends up in the hands of the consumer), it is not doing the right thing. If we are thinking about reducing plastic, we need to pick up the pace with planting trees. Every industry and every person in the world needs to do something to achieve a circular economy.

So here we are: big companies have big agencies that will provide their services, but what about small and medium-sized companies? They have Circular Growth now. With the treasure in our hands, we are finally here to help. To help those companies that want to do the right thing but don't have the internal resources. We come from a place of goodwill, and together we can build a better future.
